Submit your SaaS for evaluation
Free. Takes 5 minutes. Review in about 14 days.
We list tools on merit and score them with our published rubric. Paying is never part of it.
What we need to evaluate a tool
- A live product that customers can buy today, not a waitlist or beta.
- A public pricing page, or a clear written path to a quote.
- It fits one of our categories and is sold to small teams in the US, India or both.
- A support contact, and a way for us to get access later: a free plan, a self-serve trial or a test account.

What happens next
- Check We confirm the product meets the four criteria above and fits a category. If it doesn't, we email you and say why.
- Research We score it with rubric v1.0 from documented public evidence: your pricing page, feature pages, help centre and app listings.
- Publish We publish a profile marked Researched (not tested). If its score places it in a list's top 10, it is ranked there; otherwise it appears in the category directory.
Hands-on testing is scheduled after listing, on a free plan, trial or test account. It is never paid for and never sold.

Questions vendors ask
Is submitting really free?
Yes. Submitting, being researched, being scored and being ranked are all free. We do not offer a paid fast lane, and paying for a placement does not change whether or where your tool is ranked. Paid placements are a separate, labelled product described on our Advertise page.
Can I see my score before it is published?
No. We do not share draft scores or rankings with vendors. Once your profile is live you can see every sub-score and the arithmetic behind it. If a fact we used is wrong, such as a price or a feature, you can ask us to correct it through Claim or correct a profile.
Why isn't my tool in the ranked list?
Ranked lists show the top 10 by score in that edition. If your tool scores lower, it still gets a profile and a place in the category directory. Scores are re-checked every quarter and within 14 days of a price or feature change we can confirm, so ranks can move.
When will you test my product?
At launch, scores come from public evidence and every entry shows Researched (not tested). We schedule testing after a tool is listed, starting with the tools ranked on our lists. When we test, we tell you which account we used, and the profile shows the tested-on date and our own screenshots.
My product is in beta. Can I submit it?
Not yet. We only evaluate products that customers can buy today, with a public price or a clear quote path. Submit when you have launched, and include a funding source if you are Seed to Series B so we can check you for the Emerging lane.
